I asked my manager during our last field ride. He said it’s legit and the cuts are coming.

No lay-offs instead they’ll use PIP’s to get rid of all the low performers and reps in low potential territories. It saves lots of cash by not having to pay out severances. Then those territories will be white spaced.

They will be strategic in where the resources (reps and budget) are placed.

Doesn’t matter how they do it, half of the sales force will be gone, boomer.
