    I think untrue as well but most reps are probably hopeful to get a severance and get out of this place.

    You are correct.

    No lay-offs instead they’ll use PIP’s to get rid of all the low performers and reps in low potential territories. It saves lots of cash by not having to pay out severances. Then those territories will be white spaced.

    They will be strategic in where the resources (reps and budget) are placed.
