The problem w this kind of manager is she's supposed to be doing your reviews and coaching reports and she probably doesn't really even know how you perform in the field if she really never spends considerable time with you. She probably either likes you or not and based on that she'll spin her reports on you in a positive light or negative. She's nothing but wasted money at this company.

yes, “the old”. That’s what Amgen does. It’s not about sales performance, it’s about age, the only number they care for. But not only in Red and not only overlays. If old, Amgen will find a way, even if they fabricate. Compliance, HR, Investigations, Staff Relationship are a joke, a disgrace. Dumb aF, they have no brains, no common sense, no courage, no values, always doing unlawful firing. So, “oldies” update resume, retire, or wait for your package and take a little change with you.

What do u mean by “temporary”.....they will hire u back after corona virus dies down? What details do u have?

 

Amgen won’t do that. Too many reps would go out and find other jobs very quickly, plus that would be a HUGE loss for them. They want to try to keep continuity with customers which equals with more sales. They are afraid people/employees will leave that is why they are paying for 5 weeks for sitting at home.
