LCA vs. Quest Maturity Level

Just viewing the posts from both companies. Seems LCA is light years ahead of the kids that work at Quest.

 

Mostly kids at Quest these days. Most older reps have been put to pasture( age discrimination).

 

More like we are just too smart to work at a crap hole like Quest.

 

Don’t confuse the easily triggered, noise making millineals with their outrage agenda, who occasionally pop up on this forum, with the deep bench of solid, experienced professionals that make up the core of our representative team. Not to mention our senior executives, with their extraordinary vision for the future and their unmatched skill as leaders, mentors and role models. Never bet against Quest Diagnostics, son. Technology has destroyed every industry for the past 30 years. It will continue to change every industry. Why would healthcare be any different. Let all be realistic and recognize the change. It is not for a positive but more of a negative impact. The fact of the matter is the industry has changed but it is still a necessity in the marketplace.We need to accept the change and try to find ways to be successful. It certainly will be a challenge that cam be met. We will need to diversify the portfolio to achieve out goals
