Continue to justify 'why' or that you did the thing that needed to be done. No one here respects it or you. Why? When you manage people, you must motivate, develop, etc. NOT LOOK FOR THINGS TO PICK ON! Pathetic person. You need MANY MANY years before you will gain he respect of people.
