DR is wonderful. He is supportive of the LGBT community at the company. A proud defender of our rights.

 

DR is anything but wonderful. Fired by 3 previous companies. Micro-Managing Control Freak with an enormous ego. He hires big pharma heads who he can control. He firmly believes he is the smartest in the room which is very scary. He is a Hippocrate who owns Bob T and Bob T has given DR carte blanche to fuck this organization up. The culture blows and more people will be leaving. Morale is so bad that most of the field is looking for other jobs. The stock continues to drop and less skin in the game for anyone to stick around to put up with this bullshit.

DR is cocksucker.

 

So what are your thoughts on DR?

 

I think he is the fucking man. Up to 35 people have left in recent months and more on the way. DR is in constant positive communication with the field team. For example, he just sent out a note that he is personally policing who can and can not attend meetings. His previous notes were about making sure your time cards are in on time. God damn he is the most motivational leader ever.

 

Time for old man DR to let it go... He's out of touch with the new culture of Biotech.. DR do you need anymore "yes" men?

 

He has no clue what a biotech culture feels like as his claim to fame is UCB, GSK and Medimmune. One of the most critical and arrogant people you will ever meet. He has to be the smartest guy in the room. He missed the memo of hiring the most talented people possible and empowering them. Instead he has his hands in everything and trusts no one.

 

What did he accomplish at those companies? If he is considered a great leader then I never desire leadership. Thanks DR for being such a remarkable leader.
