Despite the warnings, Lene (LEAX) wants half of us to come to office. Thats how much she cares about safety of Indian employees. Today an employee even went to the press saying that Novo Nordisk wants "For better IT connection and collaborating with colleagues, so many of the employees ended up in office". In fact she even sent an email saying that "Our employees prefer to work from office as they feel safe with the hygienic measures we have taken". All she wants is publicity on Linkedin on how much she is doing for employees. She is only taking advantage of the situation and posting. Have you ever seen anyone else putting pictures of office during this pandemic? A bitch is always a bitch.

“The Commissioner of Health & Family advised that IT/BT companies should allow employees to work from home. In fact several of our employees prefer to work from office as they feel safe with the hygienic measures we have taken. We have now split our workforce into two groups and working from home/office on rotational basis. We are categorised under Pharma and Shared Services group, which means we don’t fall under specific IT/BT companies. Within our group many are working in shifts like us.
In conclusion: see half of you in the office tomorrow”

She is forcing Indians to come to office.

She did not close the office from 16-20 March because she wanted to make some videos with her GBS management puppets. Funnily she has made a video of how to work from home sitting in her office cabin. Because all of us know how much she hates Indians, she is now posting "Incredible India" in Linkedin and Yammer. We all know what a bitch you are and how much you hate indians. Since you dont have an option of running away from our country now you are trying to act like a fucking chameleon. Lene Hylling Axelsson pubilcity seaking dramatics can easily beat many Bolywood heroins.

Blatant violation of lockdown in India by Lene Hylling Axelsson (LEAX). She went to the office in Bangalore on 13th April for non-critical reasons. She herself has written "I went to office to shoot some videos for employees". LFJ himself has shot couple of videos during the lockdown period from home using hand-held device. Lene seems to have no regard for rules and regulations in India. She wouldnt have even dared to do this in her own country. If an Indian had done it either in Denmark or in India, they would have been thrown out of the company without any explanations. KMKN please explain why there are different sets of rules for Danes in India?

 

LEAX continues to hurt Indian sentiments and this time female employees. In the "GBS returns to work" video sent to all employees on 11 May 2020, she has taken a video shoot part of which is carried out inside the LADIES TOILET. This is so ridiculous and embarrassing. She has no idea about the Indian culture and sentiments. This a big disgrace.

 

Recent communication from LEAX received on 29-May has few important points to note.

Employees might be asked to come to office by your managers, if that is the case, we would request you to please oblige as we have taken every preventive measure to ensure you are safe in office.

Considering the safety measure instituted in our offices, we, also feel confident that coming to office does not increase the risk of catching the infection.

This clearly shows that she has NO worry if we Indians are forced to come to office. In fact she wants many of us to come to office.
If the offices were so safe, why did all the Danish colleagues in GBS run away to Denmark like cowards without even having the basic courtesy to inform the employees.
This shows that LEAX is a bitch who only wants to rule over Indians and put them to risk but has uttermost care for her Danish friends.
Again we ask you KMKN why the double standards between Indians and Danes?

 

Did you see LEAX's latest publicity stunt. She posted that she was on a jury to judge Indian startups. What the fuck does she know about India? She cant even run GBS properly and she hates Indians. If she continues to be jury she will destroy Indian startups also. She doesnt even know the correct # for NammaBengaluru. How do you expect her to do anything properly?
