    always run your company with your employees best interests. You're never gonna make everyone happy but you're almost guaranteed to satisfy not only the employee, but the customer, vendor, creditor and shareholder with a clear strategic plan and understanding of accountability.

    This failure is one for the ages.

    JM has 5 wives and 9 kids (God knows how many grandkids) to feed. He ran this conpany all the way till today trying to submit to regions a plan with 80% of us gone but him still with a salary as CEO. Selfish money grabbing needs put all of us out of work. Nice Work Jim M.
