it is an embarrassment to read what is posted on this website. the fact is that most of the posts are probably done by a very small number of people. maybe those who are posting on this website should print out the entire chain of posts and read then outloud to their children, parents or spouses and watch their reaction. read it outloud with your churchgroup or, better yet, to the patients that rely on what you are selling to them and see their reaction. this is the most disgraceful and selfish display imaginable by people who are supposed representing medical care to people who need it. now go make fun of this post - doing that will not change the main point. that your life must be truly empty and your purpose so misguided that you spend time feeling good to write things that smear good people, your company, co workers, colleagues and you disrespect the patients you are supposed to be helping. no matter what company you go to. Learn a lesson and really read what I am writing here. Pay attention.

Employees from other companies read this, former employees from your company read and post on this, employees that are not in sales from your company read and post on this board. Job seekers read this board. Recruiters read this board to understand what types of sales people work at certain companies. Your spouse and kids probably read this board. Docs, patients and hospital admin read this board. What do you think these folks think about all reps at MNK when they read this board? When you reveal who you are through these posts and hide under "venting" umbrella you show why you don't have the maturity to sell medications to people who need it. You ruin the reputation of yourself, your company, the medications you are selling and feed into the stereotype that our industry is full of salespeople who don't care whether they are selling products that impact people's health and lives or a used car. "Venting?!" Really? So - when your kids do not like their high school teacher it's okay to blog on Facebook with the same ugly and meathead comments that you write on this board? What would happen in your house if that happens? Have some dignity, respect and be a role model. Dispicable, irresponsible fools. Sometimes recruiters, docs, job seekers, hospital admin, read these boards to get a sense of what types of people work at a company. All boards have "venting". But why don't you compare the types of posts from other boards and the malli board. In fact, print them out. Side by side. Take a look. Might learn something. Ask yourself if you were a doc or a patient or your child had a medical condition if you would trust anyone in a company where what is posted on this website is read. You are defecating where you are eating and trying to justify your behavior. I've tried to help best I can. You have your demand. When you go look for a job and have malli on your resume you might want to think hard whether that hiring manager has drawn a conclusion about your character based on what is being posted here. The original poster is delusional. Watching the hearings last week made me feel dirty. We have served some patients and there is a place for the brand. However, we continue to use 1 orphan indication to sell an overpriced treatment for diseases that are not rare. Less than 5% of the referrals are for rare diseases. Recruiters think we are overpaid. Employers think we are unethical and overpaid. People are leaving in droves but the exodus would be greater if people really wanted to hire ARD sales people. Another message to the originator... You don't have to go to café pharma to find negative speak. People openly slander others at the company. The resent the success of others. It is toxic. Hateful people.
