please commercial team use this board as a constructive forum to potentially communicate constructive and helpful insights to upper management who seems to be unaware as to why this launch is sputtering out of the gate.

please end the Inventiv contract asap, their culture, strategy and focus are harmful in the rare disease space. MTP is in danger of losing a significant % of the commercial team, partly because of the amateurish operational decisions and partly because of the amateurish culture of Inventiv. While you are figuring out the former solve the lader, by canceling the Inventiv contract and migrating the team over or you are going to lose a lot of talented people who are embarrassed they work for Inventiv and are insulted daily by their culture.

We should have known the quality (or lack of quality) of rep we were getting when we used Inventiv. Was a mistake to use a contract sales force to begin with. If you want the best of the best you don't use a contract sales force because the best of the best would never take a contracted position.

The ignorance of this post is mind boggling. A cautionary word for Mr. or Ms. "best of the best" who would never lower themselves to be a lowly contract rep...your time will come. This is a brutal industry and clowns like you that think they are above the next right-sizing, territory optimization, or strategic restructure are delusional. Pick your euphemism, its all the same thing. Throw in meeting the unique health care needs of a child without health insurance, the daunting specter of losing a home while you quickly drain retirement savings and try to explain to your spouse that although you could take a contract position that would pay less but would be income and health insurance, you are the "best of the best" and won't sink to that level.

    Shame on you
