More like the Weekly World News. Bat Boy Found in Cave would be more believable at this point.

Confirmatory study design? Will that come before or after peer reviewed article?

Deb should resign. She is not a leader.

experts?lol! Did you see who was on that advisory committee? Not a single neurologist who treats AD. The only one who was part of it was excluded due to conflict of interest, Yes, he quit, but it was because he didn’t think he was treated well. He stated publicly that he will offer Adu to patients, too, The actual experts at the university with the one neurologist on that committee have stated publicly that will be prescribing Aduhelm when they’re protocols are complete.
Again, far from surprising that you have no demand.

Blame Alisha and Michel . Deb is just the messenger. Biogen was desperate to bring ADU to market. Deb is a very caring person and a good leader . Don’t discount the battles she is fighting in house for her people. That letter reads to me that she is being as honest and transparent as she is legally allowed to be.

BULLSHIT WE see you Deb. Try again. Better yet, DONT. You’re a piece of shit. How many people have you run off to other parts of the organization and then had the audacity to attempt to continue to control other parts of the business from afar. Your incessant micromanaging has destroyed BIIB US. Cleaning up your mess is destroying this company you harpy.

I think the email from Deb was disgraceful, especially feeling the need to cc her attorney. In my past companies, I have never seen this. One think is obviously clear here. There is absolutely no transparency. When the layoffs happen (and they will), there will be no notice. Bam, your'e gone.

The only question now is NOT IF but WHEN?

They can't do that. Look up the WARN Act.

They are legally required to give 60 days notice.

That said, the bag of dicks that run this place definitely wouldn't give notice if they didn't have to.

Is the earnings call October 24th? Trying to anticipate when all the shit will go down like a ton of bricks.

WARN is for single site of employment events like site or plant closings. From the government site:

You may be protected by WARN if your job loss occurs as part of:

    • A plant closing (see glossary)—where your employer shuts down a facility or operating unit (see glossary) within a single site of employ- ment (see glossary and FAQs) and lays off at least 50 full-time workers;

    • A mass layoff (see glossary)—where your employer lays off either between 50 and 499 full-time workers at a single site of employment and that number is 33% of the number of full-time workers at the sin- gle site of employment; or

    • A situation where your employer (see glossary) lays off 500 or more full-time workers at a single site of employment.

Please, please do SOME research before making conclusions. Deb did not CC her attorney for crying out loud. That was a corporate comms person and is a standard practice.

It’s irrelevant. She’s a POS who’s destroying US BIIB - CC Attorney comms or not.

Glad you pointed that out because I learned something new today.

29 CFR §639.3(i)(6), which provides that:

For workers whose primary duties require travel from point to point, who are outstationed, or whose primary duties involve work outside any of the employer’s regular employment sites (e.g., railroad workers, bus drivers, salespersons) the single site of employment to which they are assigned as their home base, from which their work is assigned, or to which they report will be the single site in which they are covered for WARN purposes.

WARN coming 2 wks after investor call.
    TBMs cut in half
AALs cut in half and deployed differently
ADRMs most ok - non performers out

    RSDs and DAALs most gone.
