These are IG, right? I heard IG is getting absorbed back under LCA in 2019, which is how it should be. I heard there have recently been 3 IG manager resignation out of only 10 managers. It's never a good sign when management is leaving!

Poured my heart and soul into this company.
No respect for clients. Management has the insane notion that clients do not have options.
Zero care for employees-could care less if you leave or stay.
It took me a couple of years to snap out of my stupidity. Recruiters and employers know about LCA and the longer you stay, the more it hurts your career!

I thought they were so horrible because the were already under LCA. If they had some level of autonomy before, then they will suck further with LCA fully in charge.

I would apply and then ask these questions to their local recruiter out of Denver. I wouldn't trust any info here.

Some regions have better leadership than others, but there are some commons threads driven by our friends on the east coast that include more and more micro managing, failure to back reps, and cheapness.

You will be spending most of your time resolving problems created by the lack of operational competence. If you want to spend your days leading sales professionals this may not be the right spot for you.

Nailed it! This is not a leadership role or a growth focused atmosphere. This is a reports focused position on the day to day and resolving problems in the field.
