Looking at working here, what have you heard, what do you know about them?

 

been with the company for a few yrs.

only take the job if you are dying. comission plan SUCKS!

It looks like they have been through several mangement changes though.

the company uses and abuses. it was great for the first few yrs but the last year has been down hill.

The new commission program suxs. We are being so screwed. Someone needs to talk to Mike Walsh.

The commission program is a joke... Who thought this up???
Tracy is the only person who can tally your commission.
There is no way to check to see if she is cheating you.

I think that they let someone who never worked in SALES put together this commission program.

Sales reps are jumping ship and speaking to our competition Airgas for jobs.

 

Mike Walsh doesn't care as long as the bottom line looks good. If screwing over the sales reps improves the bottom line, Mike is all for it.

 

I hope I never work for a company that has people like some of you who would actually name names on a web site.How would you feel if it was you reading this and your name was mentioned in the way you have mentioned the people you work with. Talk about back stabbing. Its no wonder some of you never get to far, your too busy finding fault with others.Sometimes its best to take care of your own house before you worry about others.If you don't like your job or co workers,GET ANOTHER JOB,if you can fit in the time between judging others.I have worked for an O2 company for many years and enjoy what I do.Helping people is what I believe is what your supposed to do. I gather you are sales reps or at least it sounds like most of you are.I really hope you all find something that makes you happy to go to work.I'm a CSR and work with the reps every day,and we get along well.Just thought I would let you know it is possible not to carry a knife with you and see who you can stab in the back.This site seems to be very negative.I have only been on a short time and everything I read is negative.Maybe thats what its here for.Hope you all find somethink you really enjoy doing, because its a great feeling to want and enjoy going to work.Best of Luck

The manager I am interviewing with name is Allan (I think his last name is Morris???).

Do any of you have any feedback on him, or his management style?

Why the hell does Lifegas pay so low?

I was very intrested in Lifegas until I fished around and saw your bases And whats up with the comission paln. You've got to be kidding!!!

Based upon that Airgas is the way to go!
