Lilly India gets closer and closer

Who is next? They were initially sending out IT work there. Now, the science work is being sent. Is it any good? Senior execs do not care. All they care about is that it is cheap. There is a reason the VPs are starting to look alike. They must be able to communicate back to India.

 

I do see Aarti stacking the deck with Indians at the senior ranks. It's getting ridiculous now.

 

The Indians have been towing the line at Lilly for the past 15 years. They deserve to be represented in the upper ranks. It's time to drain the milky white swamp.

 

Is anyone surprised? She knows nothing about IT and is doing what the vendors tell her. Stupid!

 

You don't need to know IT to lead IT. Just look at Meadows.

 

Great example. You picked someone with zero IT knowledge and zero leadership skills. He just picks vendors and lets them do all the thinking.
