I'm about to interview for a Sales Rep position with Lincare on the west coast. Can anyone tell me what the current base salary range is and what the current mileage reimbursement is? Also, what are the commissions currently for PAP/O2? Thanks!
24k salary. $100 for o2, $80 for UD. Run for your life! Terrible company and terrible life! High pressure and low pay! No one should ever have to resort to working for this company! Csr's screw up the cmns so many times you can't remember what is filled out correctly! Such a joke! Basically, you are a delivery person that bribes every person to send you an order. Putting people on oxygen that don't need it! Billing for Cpaps that are used and repoed from another patient that got tired if being screwed out of $2,000! Also, MDInR machines that are returned and the respiratory therapist has to wipe blood off of them so she can send them to the next patient! Dirty company. Oh yeah, they own united Medical too and that is your competition! Don't even talk talk to this company.
Finally, someone who tells it like it is. Honesty, although a hard pill to swallow, is quite refreshing especially in this day and age.
Update!!!!!!! Commission has been cut in half. Non medicare O2 is now $45 and medicare O2 is 125 if you get chart notes properly documented and sent in-good luck with that. Unit dose is now $30 with laba at 50. The company brings in 10 times the money monthly for a ventilator compared to a concentrator and you only get 200 for a vent.
why does anyone work these jobs? you could sell cars, mattresses, or gym memberships and make much moremoney with much less headaches why do you self-hate so?
