How many talent needs to exit before you let her go?

She is disruptive.

She appears fake and not authentic. Not a fit for Avanir.

HR should do a 360 and get feedback on her. Then maybe she will calm down a bit.

funny how the survey "neutrality" about the home office space was rigged to get ppl onboard with the open floorplan space. and then they ignore the majority who says "leave it alone". of course, there's no monies in the budget for stuff, but LM and WH will dump millions to move the home office...
