All Cardiologists are telling to find another job before CMS get final approval for LINQ insertion to be done at the clinics. Right now, all EP's are putting LINQs every day. Wait until the code is out, All cardiologist will start doing it too. It is a money maker!

No wonder this company is going down in flames - who gives up the fight before it even begins?

LW is no longer considered one of the top 3. Very sad to see good reps still hanging around.

who would you consider the top 3 then? Cardionet, iRhythm & eCardio? And more importantly, why?

look at the size of the introducer/needle and then tell us everyone will go for it.

I agree; LINQ isn't taking over monitoring. It WILL be an additional competitor out there. And a stiff one as it has a place in the market and it's Medtronic. But it won't be the demise of LifeWatch. LifeWatch will be the demise of LifeWatch. Unless the leadership starts to listen to the needs of the market, partner with an organization so that a full data monitoring program is ultimately available including the potential for other modalities, such as HF. Don't think it'll happen though.

LINQ is a pig that's asking too much. How many real candidates are there for it? It's a $10 dollar solution to a $1 dollar problem and it's going to bite them in the ass.

You can call LINQ whatever you want, but the reality is they are taking lots of business from us. All EPs on my territory use it more that Holter, Event, Tele combined.
