where’s that big pile of money Jon said he had set aside and was ready to pay everyone?

and to think Lisa W. is still here when she went along w/ every word Jon ever said.

if LW or Js wanted to make that situation right by the field force, they would have moved the whole pay table and made the national average (90) the new 100 percent of payout place. Adjusting the table from there would have meant normal payouts. It would have meant they were taking responsibility for ALL of the poor decision that led to the 90%. They did not have bad CSSs when we launched Kyleena so that might indicate we had had bad forecasting, no brochures, no DTC and a sticker book in 2018. A bunch of ppl who successfully launched Kyleena did not suddenly turn into a bunch of horrible reps. It doesn’t work that way.

it seem only fitting after the compliance debacle of 2017 we would continue to beat up the sales force for another two years. checks have been garnished for some for two bonus periods in a row. Nothing says we care about our people more than squeezing talented people out to hire all your bff's and garnishing checks for those that stay.

Well said. You may not last long here with that type of clear-headed thinking. Excellent post.

Tomorrow is April Fools Day!!!! Let's hope they get rid of the Fools! Here is my April wishlist: 1. Get rid of Lesa and replace her with Juan. I like that guy and he listens to the field. 2. Get rid of Lisa and all of her cronies and promote within. Names such as Forrest, Kenny, Brandon and Katie are dancing in my head. Afterall....we built this franchise with those managers. 3.. Give us an FRM for each area. 4. Remove the payback feature. 5. Let's get aggressive pricing and shut Liletta down! 6. Hug Sebastian cuz He Da man!

    7. Immediately cease ANY paybacks.
    8. Offer anyone AP squeezed out their jobs back.... if they even want them
    9. Offer those Jon managed out who also helped build WHC their jobs, severance, everything back

Are there calls in every area before Nelson’s arrival to tell us all how to act? So sad our management team behaves this way.

Nelson, thank God you didn’t work in the US. Your resume with WHC experience and Bayer experience would have gotten you escorted right out the door!!!!!!! Be careful. Lisa wouldnt normally listen to anyone with your resume. She may now that you are her boss

Lisa W is accompanying Nelson so she can be sure no one tells the truth about her leadership, her terrible decisions and her cronyism (handing Lisa F. a role)

two of the five stops have 'required' calls you need to log onto before you go to the meeting with Nelson. Would love to know if this happens in the other three. Guessing this is leaderships version of staging a home. Leadership is helping set expectations, letting you know who will be attending, etc? What exactly are they so afraid we will all do? oh right. someone might be honest, better nip that!

How is this tour working? Who besides LW and all of her newest people are going or seeing Nelson? Loved that Nelson sent a message but could’t the home office (anyone)have given us a whole lot more information regarding who the chosen people were? Finally some of us get a glimmer of hope and it is dashed with an utter lack of communication. Will anyone with any tenure be around Nelson? Why does an HR representative have to accompany them?

Leadership is running scared...a milk run to set up a milk run. Smoke and mirrors won’t work this time. New sheriff in town and he actually wants to see what’s going on.

So does this mean he will spend some time apart from Lisa & Jane? And all the ABDs?

Sure the ABDs are visible at everyone of these meetings. The crack up of this entire situation is that they have had years to get to know their people and the customers. This has not been the culture we have had. The ABDs acting as if they care is a shock to say the least. Hopefully Nelson will read right through the pretenders in the groups

Every single ABD is a pretender.

Yes, because they haven’t listened and then spoken up on behalf of the customers means that we have lost more business than we ever should have. Nelson is going to have to be nimble to save what business we have.

The scrambling is almost comical to watch. Guys, you have had three years to run conference calls and get feedback? Years to check in with the customers, years to understand our business and share that with home office? What would anybody bet that not one ABD could name 25% of the people on their rosters. Placing bets that none of them have interacted with a customer personally either.
