This is either drunk Adam or one of the new managers that don't know how to sell a buy and bill device.

Yes old red faced Adam was imagining himself on the ‘train’ making his browny points only to sober up to the Verix/Hubble data...:( managing upwards won’t get any results in the field. #leaderless

    Nelson:

    1. LW and her Yes people ( AP. LH. LF ) need to go. Those individuals who have been telling her Hubble is the solution to increasing our sales are not being honest. They are not 'listening' people. They are the feed Lisa and everyone in the home office what they want to hear people.

    2. JJ needs to go. Having an HR person who is personally tied to upper management means valuable information given upon exit interviews is negated. NO ONE will seek her out for fear of negative repercussions.

    3. Find some tenured reps (there are a few around still) and ask them what GREAT leadership looks like. This is not it.

    4. VILT time is ridiculous. No one feels more connected or learns anything during this process. Something that could be rolled out on a 10 minute call is somehow extended to an hour and a half waste. If the VILT had been successful, we wouldn't be having more calls to explain the program?

    5. Why is the field hearing 'we have to make Hubble work'. Shouldn't the message be we need to get out an sell something.

    6. WHC had extremely successful years when upper management behaved like we were all in this together. They weren't spending their time combing through reports looking to see who was clicking on stuff and at what time. Great teams work together and currently our home office has an 'US or THEM' mentality.

    7. Mirena, Skyla and Kyleena were launched super successfully because we all had a common goal and that goal WAS NOT click on some crap to make someone at the home office happy.

    8. Please CHANGE THE CULTURE. We have lost and are losing great leaders and sales professionals because the priorities at our home office are so very primary care obsessed.

    9. AP should not have any role. He has had four years to prove that he can lead and is only manages through fear and data tracking.

    10. Customer obsession means you listen to those who are the closest to the customers and care about the customers.....i.e. the reps

    11. The management team should treat the field with value because if WE SELL something, it pays their salary?

    12. Clicking on Hubble sells NOTHING

Instead of writing dissertations on what’s wrong with leadership, maybe you should look in the mirror. IUDs have become a commodity. This is how commodity sales are managed. With one HUGE exception, the reps typically are entry level and get a $60k base w/potential to make $100k+.
And you know what, they do the work and appreciate the job. Why does Bayer need overpaid, over tenured reps to LOSE market share and complain how mgmt does them wrong. Look in the mirror.....if you feel like you deserve more, go find more. Otherwise, appreciate the commodity sales job and understand that Bayer can replace you with an eager 25 year old that will outwork you and provide similar results (within a month.). Bayer isn’t investing in you because there is NO pipeline. Quit complaining, leave or adapt. Love AP

I guess I see why there’s openings in women’s health. Too bad, always thought Bayer was a solid company before they bought roundup

Hey Howdy Doody, worthless ABD's are a dime a dozen also. Typical manager blaming lack of leadership on his people.

Puhlease. Since you have so eagerly replaced over tenured people why isn’t your Area performing at the highest level. For all the young new talent that has been brought in, you would sure think we would be killing it. Seems like you are not on the building a new culture train after all?

Your post makes it very clear why we have problems with our so called leaders. Under good leadership you find higher job satisfaction, lower turnover, better morale, better teamwork, and mutual respect which all adds up to better results. This is something you apparently don't have a clue about considering you are no leader. I really hope if you are in management you are brand new to it and willing to learn...you have a distinct lack of understanding about what it takes to lead.

AP. Why is your area last if you have all the answers?

Because he leads us by fear and intimidation not by positive culture. When management leads by fear and intimidation it is a clear sign they do not understand the business or how to lead.

    To: People at Home Office
    From: WHC Sales Force

    Subject: Lisa

Please post pictures of Lisa getting escorted out of the office with boxes in tow. The writing is on the wall after Nelson's call. When no one speaks up to ask questions for fear of retaliation. There's your sign. There is 1 issue with culture in this company and it is Lisa, Lesa and the 3 ABD's. (OK, that is 5 issues but you know what I mean!)

The Bye Bye Felisha party will be held at my house. I will even provide the alcohol.

Nelson is a breath of fresh air and already has the respect of the sales force.

Side note to Adam: Just leave already. Your threats don't mean anything any more.

Hoping and praying this engagement call tomorrow isn’t about ‘pre-call planning, hubbling and role playing

DARN IT! Guess Lisa is leading our call today. So disappointing.

Lordy Lordy Lordy, what in God's name was that call about? Last ditch effort by Lisa to make it look like she cares about culture? Another rep and another manager are GONE. This just keeps getting funnier by the minute. Reps are dropping faster than Bayer's stock price!

Pay us and get rid of Lisa! BAM, no more culture issue! You might also want to hire within because you are expecting to turn a sales force around when these managers have no background on the IUD business? Nelson has the history we need. Lisa, just GOOOOOOOOO and take your cronnies with you. Seriously, you are ruining your career permanently because this reputation WILL follow you!

    Who else is drinking tonight?
