loading a -80 freezer?

    Has anyone experienced a -80 shutting down after loading it with room temp empty racks? The freezer was empty and holding temp at -80 and then empty stainless steel storage racks were loaded that seemed to trigger the freezer to power fault repeatedly and turn off.
