Actually Alamo was purchased in 2006 by Avanir. Azur purchased FazaClo in 2007 from Avanir. Jazz and Azur merged in an all stock deal in January 2012.. Alamo owner Neal Cutler still has milestone payments coming and owns a % of wordwide rights to FazaCLo.. Old story...
