    FYI,..They won't hire anyone with more than 5 years experience. I guess that's one way to keep from paying too much..

    Not true, i have plenty of friends that have over 10 in eye care alone that have been hired by Allergan. They also hired many former Merck people.... Just sayin

    I suppose it depends on the hiring manager. I had a head hunter contact me about the open position in my territory He told me that I didn't meet the criteria because I had too much experience, because he liked my resume he wanted to speak with the hiring manager just to make sure. He called me back only to confirm that even though I was very qualified that the manager didn't want anyone with more than five years experience. Now that you mention it he did ask me about relocating.
