I have looked all over and can't find any comp info for Wright. Can someone help me out by identifying the average comp for a lower extremities rep? Is it base plus commission? Any others perks in the package? Thanks for any accurate feedback.
Thanks! Would you say it's a tough gig because Wright is going up against "the big boys" with deep pockets? Thanks again for your help.
Market is flooded. Synthes/depuy. Zbh, Stryker, s&n, acumed, integra, orthosolutions, paragon, flower, arthrex, vilex. + 300 other me too companies.
What's up with this guy Cordell. He seems to have a good reputation from previous companies. High energy. Supports sales force.
cordell is awful. Clueless douchebag, out of touch, has no understanding of ortho. This aint ev3. Total different business model
You could not be any further from the truth. Mr Cordell has done more in his short tenure as a leader, than the sum of the past leadership has done in several years. If everyone will get on board and maybe, go all in, we might have a great 2017. I am proud to be Wright.
Then you're the only one proud to be at Wright. Do us a favor, Kevin, and go peddle your load of horsesh•t somewhere else.
Exactly, get a life. Wright medical is by far the worst ortho company. Their leadership is beyond "ridiculous". I worked in sales in the northeast for eight years. I used them so badly. Had my other job which yielded a hefty salary, but good insurance, car allowance, gas card, bonuses, etc. is why I stayed. My territory worked itself I did nothing but go to a few sales meetings. Just about every rep at Wright has a side gig going on
My side gig is paying much more than Wright. But heck someone has to pay for my gas Thank you Wright Medical as me and many others double dip
