Avanir had their lay off this week

 

Based off all the mouth running by home office people who cannot control themselves the ready now group after paying for their housing, expenses etc cost MORE than the tenured reps in the field.

Idiots - for several years now no one watching the bank ready now reps costs us over 2.5M in one year flying all over the place, meals, housing etc.

Total waste of Otsuka money...it gets worse - the ready now manager got promoted and he is now even more clueless trying to lead a group of knowledgable reps; these ready now reps get trained by Otsuka and then leave to go work for another Pharma company for more money. Brilliant idea whoever came up with this one - idiots this person shouldn't have a job!
