Major Audits

The biggest problem at AZ is at best incompetent managers and at worse equally corrupt ones too.
There are some Districts where lying, faking calls, and stealing on expense accounts is rampant and been going on for years. The manager either doesn't care or in most cases looks the other way rather than raising the issue or confronting the reps. These reps see their counterparts getting away with it so after a while they say, " why not, everyone else is doing it?"

 

NOT condoning it, but really your talking about all of corporate America!

 

It's NOT right and now I'm forced to live on welfare and bum all day trolling 15 boards BOO HOO

 

My vendor adds 20 to 50 bucks to each bill and at the end of the year buys me Cigars and Liquor!
Small amounts equal large at end up f year

 

How about auditing DSM's who falsify field forms. Like days spent in the field as well as doctors seen.
