Major selloff in past 6 months by ELT and Board Members??

Major selloff by ELT and Board Members has the street wondering what the true confidence level is on the future success of BDSI. Why? Significant blocks have been awarded and instantly sold by those touting the company line of "great things to come." When you truly believe you have great opportunities in the market you compete in you, Buy and Hold, not sell off on the first sign of weakness.

Does BDSI truly have a bright future? Apparently not in the eyes of c-suite management and those pulling the strings....sell, sell, sell! Have poor desissions been made? Are the numbers reported not accurate and is lack of transparency on pricing becoming an issue? In an industry where price is a never ending issue has BDSI priced itself out of the game?

Maybe those selling know something?

 

It’s nothing new. They use this company like a personal ATM. Sirgo is the biggest abuser as of late.
