Mallinckrodt just finished backfilling over 100 reps 6wks ago with many only wk out of training, today announced 30-35% layoff for December due to Covid & the new model to interact with physicians.

Perfect example it does not matter how often or how many people Pfizer is hiring & backfilling vacancies, when CEO does a layoff it trumps all vacancy hiring.
