Management is discussing not giving credit for tests not on your Top 75

If you want to get paid, focus only on Top 75 customers. Tests that come from elsewhere will not be credited when it really counts for bonus. New hires remember that when you come in. If you are used to going out and getting the business, this job isn't for you. Top reps have left because of this and the fact that they weren't compensated for their hard work. Stick to Top 75 list only.

 

Wouldn't be surprised. Who goes to President's Club is based on this also. This is the dumbest shit I ever heard and I've seen a lot in this industry.
