There are regional management openings for several areas of the US. Recruiters say their desks are full of resumes. What is up?

Did you just wake up from a coma of 5 years?
What is up??? Since they decided to take the opat direct 5 years ago more reps have come and gone than you can count. The number is around 40-50 reps who have quit. Taking a job here is like paying to get the bird flu... fucking nuts!

Who will stay to work for the latest management hires? They have the combined experience of my paperboy.

And the ones who did have great experience who knew the company had problems but had good products and still considered coming over...JG didn't want to hire. Why? Afraid of people who knew who to successfully manage and motivate the field sales? How many openings were there for regional sales management? Better to surround yourself with people who understand how to effectively sell than those who don't have a clue. But, hiring successful sales managers might divulge the truth with the new man at the top.

Top to bottom the patient division sucks. What a joke we have become.

Well, well, well. I see that the newest manager is still trolling the old CP boards. Did you stay awake in your interview? Comical.

Its funny that they asked for posts to be pulled. I think JG made these hires as a joke because he is on his way out and knows these new managers were dangerous as sales reps and as managers they are just scary. That is the best way for him to screw the company by letting these dopes manage people.

don't worry about it. just as with the sales reps, what is the average length of service for any manager over the past few years? less than a year. so if you can/wan't to wait it will change again.

JG is out along with his quick connect idea that was going to save the patient division. It only took 3 years. Who will be the next VP from Cardinal that BC is friends with? Get ready for a new direction that will fail and they will change for next year and then next year...

here is an idea. hire someone with actual OR device sales experience - not diapers or some other generic plastic disposables that has never gotten you insided an actual OR.

Insided? lol. Anyway are you saying hire a VP with that experience or reps? The reason Hae cant hire those types is because the great candidates do not want anything to do with this place and the ones that do are in a terrible spot and need a job so bad they take it. Would you like to guess how many reps have quit in the last few years? Here is a hint every territory has turned over at least once and some multiple times.

Does that mean that SZ is out as well?

This could be a great compay. Haemonetics did hire a few OR medical device experienced reps and they still did mismanaged what they had. SZ, PK, TL and JG's lack of industry experience also did not help. Maybe they need to accept what type of product they manufacture/sell and stop trying to romance the value to justify a jacked up price.
