Stop micromanaging and watching cafepharma and try to salvage this company. Try reading a good book here are a few: Good to great, First Break all the Rules or anything by Jack Welch
I can tell you this not what management likes to do but managers have managers as well. People up at the top think they have all the answers because they have a title.
