It's funny how a sales rep with barely any knowledge of the industry, let alone how a company is run, knows more than their manager. I'm not saying all managers are brilliant, but for the most part, they're promoted because they've shown the ability to get things done, not because they're clueless. If you had more of a clue than your manager, you'd be in her heals. That's why I'm a manager and you never will be, chump.

It should be .... Who sells the product ....the rep or the paperpusher are you a sales driven company ( nope) or market driven ( yes) . That is why you aee paid a low commission rather than 15 or 20 points on dollar 1 sales
