Managers from other Districts will soon be riding with reps in place of SECs

Spot on. That's what they do........while eating, drinking at the bar, in the bathroom, and walking the dog. No personality at all, and no facial expressions.

 

Reps don't want this or need it!

 

It is not for us to judge. Just do what you are told.

 

Ohio/WV. All FLLs rode with two reps from other districts. Fact.

 

They seem to be picking reps to be micro - managed.

 

Our two worst reps had ride-alongs for 3 days straight.

 

This is incorrect information. FLLs are not going to replace the SECs and ride with reps from other district.

 

Well buddy they must be taking it region by region or district by district. I may be looking for a new job after a bad review from a manager I don't even know.

 

It is spreading all over now . I was told ours is coming October 23rd.
