This is sooo true! One in our region does squat but is always a jabber jaws at meetings and always tries to fake the appearance of engagement when everyone knows they contribute nthg. Also heard they always take credit for RSTS work!! Sadly the cbd bought their charade hook line and sinker and the hss was promoted to dsm. Oh and they were a “”protected class’ too go figure!!! Gotta maintain those diversity numbers at all costs!!

Ah, another rep upset that they didn't get promoted to HSS> go do your damn job and stop talking crap about another role in their company. In the end of the day, we are all just trying to survive, whether that means the all day lie, working our asses off, HSS, PSS or rst, we all are just trying to make it happen. SO quit talking crap about HSS because most were the high performing reps in their area that have been shit on and shit on again.

You want a good laugh? DM's in my region have the nerve to call themselves "leaders." Most can't lead for shit. Makes me giggle every time I hear one of those dimwits call themselves "leaders."

 

Such a joke. Every Geisinger HSS accomplished nothing. Every DSM lied to cover their own ass. AZ Managment should be ashamed of themselves. The success at Geisinger was never given to the right people, that’s why AZ is so corrupt and unethical.........true fact!

 

I heard the HSS’s roles were being eliminated effective 7/1 and they were trying to place them into other roles.
