Managers vs. Kids/Professionalism vs. Non-Professionalism

In the world of callous and disrespectful behavior-How does Mylan rank post interview? Do the managers act like adults and contact candidates about their intentions for hiring, or do they cower like untrained kids and ignore follow up calls and emails pertaining to hiring decisions?

 

The latter. It’s the culture. So count your lucky stars. How you are treated by a manager during the interview process is a good indication of their character.

 

At final round of interviews, I was told to expect to hear something the following week.
Three weeks went by without hearing anything at all and I had to call them to find out I didn't get the job.
