R. Nord. Never came out into field. Amazing how some of these people ever became managers!

 

If your manager doesn't ride with you often, then you are either really good or they hate you.

 

JB hated his whole team. I love DS.

 

Or they are really lazy and not doing their job

 

Pretty much the only managers worth anything have gone to the home office. We aren't left with much! And Arbor isn't helping anything by promoting people so quickly who have no business being managers.

 

I bet they are just like us reps and hate Arbor

How can they not hate Arbor? Everybody leaves their team because the shitty upper management has their head up their ass and doesn't believe in employee retention. Managers have to constantly start over with new people. And no way in fucking hell is this place ever going to go public and make them any money on these stock options that they try to make us drool over. Suckers.

 

I liked some of the old CV DMs. The new ones are too nooby to be good

 

I agree. There were several I really thought highly of but most have moved up or on.

 

A game Kevin is the worst! Crappy CV manager and horrible hospice manager. Did he lie on his CV about being a DM at Tap? Learn how to write ride along evals and we won't have call you out.

 

I bet everyone who has left Arbor is happy. Cheerz to them all.

 

There was one gentleman out of Tennessee that is porbably the worst manager I've ever seen. Lacked any ounce of self awareness or backbone.
