Looking for information for this position. What's the IC based on since it's not transactional sales and it's not Rx based? What are the managers (mid and senior) like here? Seems like there is a high turnover in this sales force. Looking for information on the culture, expectations and micromanagement levels. Thanks in advance
Great Manager that covers Manhattan as a whole. Poor bonus structure with forced ranking. Great Company and products however if you are motivated by commission or bonus, not the best sales opportunity out there right now by far.
