How/why does AD allow this to happen as he is now President/CEO??????????

 

MP is the boss in this relationship and of Acella, Acrogen, Alora, and Avion.

This is Pugh ‘a company not Avion or Acella nice try...
Only issue Acella has is A.Fields still works here and for Pugh at his new separated company. He has been seen with him and traveling with him at pharma meetings. Double dipping unethical

 

There is serious trouble brewing here...ethics has never been a strong suit with these guys!

I do not know the law but increases of this magnitude have been proven to be illegal. What are specifics on Acella & Avion increases?????

 

So, according to this thread, Mark Pugh is 50% owner of Acella/Alora/Avion and has another company called Acrigen who has subsidiary called Avondale that has nothing to do with Avion &/or Acella? Please clarify.

Also, there is an executive who works for all of the companies?

Acella, Acrogen, Alora, Avion, Avondale...all the same folks. Same ownership, same executives, same business model...just different office suites. VP of Regulatory is shared, Business Development is shared,

Where did you see that Acrogen has a new drug? Is it same company as Acella???????
