    Out of patient brochures since November? Do your job! We're busy now and it's important.

    Too busy putting together new shit that doesn't look as good as any of our competitors. Look at what our competitors put out then look at ours. It's embarrassing. Oh wait our only competitors are ignorance and apathy. Those words sum up our marketing department pretty well.

    Head marketing guy is clueless. We are out of brochures and savings cards. Epic fail. We don't need all the new bullshit. We need brochures and savings cards. Wtf are the mkt idiots doing?

    No, but they sure as shit make it more difficult. Especially for those of us with new offices just starting treatment, taking new patients every day. The medication guides work as a decent backup, but come on, this is amateur hour. 3 months? The good CLs can sell with a package insert and nothing else. That's why some of us have been here for nearly a decade. But it makes our life a lot easier when we have what the customer is asking for.

    Our directive is to get new certifications and to grow. Lay off the young tramps and get us some damn brochures and savings cards. NOW!

    Lack of is preventing us from doing it properly. Take growth off of the SIP if you can't keep your end of the bargain. What in the heck are you people doing?

    well, there is time being spent on creating a food committee to make sure everyone is happy. I guess the 20 course meals aren't good enough. Savings cards and brochures? Time is better spent on BS. I will say the level of professionalism dropped way off since AN stepped back and then down. Ever since Shaun took off and Richard is no where to be found and the inmates are running the asylum here

    MHL cards are backordered too. At the busiest time of the year CLs are without the basic tools most in demand in offices. No excuse for this!

    The fact that we don't have savings cards, patient broochures AND the MHL cards is a complete joke. Yes, most of us can sell without these but to the above poster... Is ridiculous that we have to.

    Still no brochures, savings cards, app cards, or answers. Actions speak louder than words so we know how much they think about the CLs.

    We have plenty of rocs though and they are worthless paperweights. Why do we keep having to endure wasted time training over this worthless piece every meeting? I wish we could be honest at this company and just say it's a piece of crap that's thicker than the Bible with nothing relevant in it without that being company suicide. If I polled 10 people 9 would say they never use it but no one would dare say it in the open. It has zero talking points or selling points in it but the fear of retaliation here is real.

    Toronto meeting lets talk about principle 2 and how useless it is because we can't even talk about this crap even if we wanted to but let's just smile then make fun of it while on break.
