    I think I'll stay and just be lazy for a while. Whatever Ive done in the past does not matter as I get a new territory so often that I can't make a difference anyway. I'm just going to do what all the other people do, give them enough to get by. They deserve no more, that's all we do now, we are not engaged and we don't care anymore.

    Oh poor sr management... LOL ... does sr management has to travel 3 hours to work?

    I second that because their IC plan fails to
    incentivize our efforts of growing their brands; meanwhile, it indirectly incentivizing us to discouraging our customers from utilizing an opioid by setting the new standard. But, of course my senior managers and colleagues will argue that my cognitive dissonance is getting in between me and reality. I've been wrong before, carry on!
