So how much bullshit was in that last email? Anyone else think we work for a “shell company” like Enron?

 

Take a look at your goals and ask yourself if we aren’t being led to slaughter. Assholes. Liars.

 

The goals are always aggressive but people find a way to win. Large territories always fair better in this system. Small territories usually struggle.

As someone with a large territory I agree. We are never really down that much. On the flip side we are never really up enough to win PClub either.

Very hard to be over 105% and hard to be below 95%.

Would you rather be steady every year with a large territory or win PClub every 3-4 years in a small territory? Pros and Cons of both.
