Terrible leadership, horrific facilities, outdated equipment, no proper planning, gross incompetance from the top down....the list goes on and on. The only thing world class about this train wreck is that it is the most impressive dumpster fire I have ever had the misfortune of watching

"gross incompetance from the top down...."
Yeap, this is killing us. Equipment (material capital in general) you can build in zero time. Effective teams take decades to build. And PW (with Water Street backing) obliterated that option. Basically, their only ability was carnivorous catabolism. Or, "dumpster fire" as you say it. Of course, all had started with Fred towards the end of his career. And the new German (Stephen) can not do much more than the old Belgian (Ludo) did. Preside over the slow dismemberment. After all, that's what he did to Lonza the last couple of years.

Lonza, now there is a class act. The Hopkinton plant was especially good. Try Google with Lonza, Hopkinton and Warning letter as search terms. AAIPharma will soon follow their lead with SK's fine leadership.

Non sense. Stephen is the first engineer CEO at AAI. With a highest degree from a top university. Nothing like the uneducated bullies of PW. He built his career for 20 years at Lonza. He is not a psychopathic drifter like the "entrepreneurial" PM. He did supervise the shutdown of a facility at Lonza, but Lonza has been cutting down facilities worldwide, reflecting the biotech manufacturing in general. The question is whether the owners will give him the time to attract the desperately needed talent for our manufacturing and other facilities. There are only dinosaurs left, who survived as quislings to PW, and a bunch of newbies, that PM liked to surround himself with.

Thanks for the reply Stephen, good to know that you think so highly of yourself.

Just one question....where you able to read and respond to the posting all by yourself or did someone help you?

Quislings......must admit that I had to look that one up. An American would not use that word...collaborator...traitor...sycophant but not quislings. Maybe you can get the cretins at MCW to make a batch without screwing it up.

    Go AAI.

You mean an uneducated American, like you bully, would not know this word and assume so does anyone else. Go read some history, instead of watching TV news, and defining an "American", idiot.

This is the idiot who ruled AAI for 3.5 years... He blames the ruthlessly overworked and underpaid workers for not making him a star. Instead of training them, coaching them, and treating them as human beings, he thought by insulting them and beating them on the head constantly - while at the same time he was spinning cheap chauvinism, as he does here -- they would perform for him. But the real cancer is the Water Streeters, and their ability to exist as company flippers. Sick.

pompous ass....working at a bottom feeding dumpster like AAI is nothing to be proud of. I understand that it was the best you could do after the Lonza debacle. Last job on the death spiral down to sales.

A lot of people are quitting......think management will get a clue?

    Nope.

    Moreover they don't care.

The biggest problem is that as good people leave we have to try and back fill those slots. The job market is really competitive and it is almost impossible to hire anyone other than entry level staff.

    BOHICA.

Management could not care less if you quit. Shut you pie hole and get back to work making defective product.

It is Larry's turn to mow the grass, Curley is not smart enough to start the mower; just like most of the managers here.

Is it fun having the COO sitting amongst the entry level analysts in a not-so veiled attempt at intimidation?
