Forget the 3 Stooges... we have Beetle Bailey at MCW now. If there was a shred of morale left he has torn it down. Intimidation, humiliation, and threats are the "motivation" of the day. Want an outside/family life? GTFO. Whomever hired this azwippy should slide down a 30' razor into a bucket of IPA.

 

Beetle Bailey indeed. No where close to being a professional manager he is a cartoon clown. Intimidation and threats are not motivational tools they are the sign of weakness and unprofessional behavior. When overtime in mandatory and people are leaving because of the work environment it is time to examine what is wrong.....oops, that would assume upper management cares about anything other than revenue or has a clue what goes on in the labs or manufacturing. BOHICA.

 

People are leaving in droves. Employees speak with their feet. the supervisors and managers here suck

 

Wow, hearing that you guys are being forced at last moment to work late hours/OT days off . Seems there is no consideration for employees lives or family plans.

 

Maybe if Beetle Bailey got a BJ in the parking lot like SK is alleged to get, he'd hill a bit!

 

The fact that Ares, the new owners, squashed the idea of spending $15MM+ here is Wilmington says it all. Dead company and dead money.

The CAO/COO is an even bigger doofus than the nazi. Does he actually think he is being inspirational? This place sucks and so does the leadership.

Mr. Inspirational from the ELT is leading the charge in G'town. The vacation schedules have been "reconsidered", just ask your supervisor for a much needed rest and I am sure they will approve.
