    Agreed! MAA was an absolute joke, created more damage then good. Thats why medical affairs got blasted with that email last friday afternoon.

    True. Going to lose some good people. Just this week, my FD asked our team face to face if there is any flight risk of MLs from our team. No responses. FD thinks everyone is happy and is peachy keen. Delusional. Wake up. Once we are gone. So are you.

    I'd rather report to Traf than Disk. Disk's last three hires all female FDs. Discrimination against men. Her last four didn't have an MD. Discrimination against clinicians too. Traf at least sees value and hires quality
