Why are so many people leaving? You might downplay it and say they needed to go, but so many mangers and reps are leaving.

 

youd have to ask those people. They don’t send out a mass email explaining their motives to leave.

I heard too. Actually I’m just posting this to bolster fear and panic. I like to be super vague and say I have information about people leaving but not say more than that... it makes me feel superior and in-the-know.. are you panicking yet? Worried that you don’t know something? That you’ll be the last one on the Titanic??!! Well that’s why I do it!

 

OMG another one gone today? What madness.

 

10 more are leaving Monday! And then 10 more on Tuesday! Am I talking about beers in my fridge or reps? Who cares?!

I think Englehardt was on the verge of getting fired. He was on PIP and has not hit his annual number is 5 years. Plus he wasn’t very well liked.
