Just found out we won nh business of the year. Was this before or after the layoffs?

Yes, but nnamdi went to the awards breakfast on the SAME DAY the layoffs were announced.

Medtronic....further, together, unemployed.

 

Even with the lower quotas, reps, managers and another AVP have left. That’s half the management team and more than half the senior leadership team. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out where this is headed.

 

Which AVP left? It’s tough, no question and no end in sight.

All of Medtronic is right now. Expecting tough top line rev, so squeezing the middle to make sure they hit bottom line expectations.

 

whats the latest on this division? Opening in my area but not sure if division is still struggling... thoughts?

 

Best division in MDT. Go for it!

 

Best division? 50% turnover right now. Entire business is just not motivated or engaged.

 

Interesting got the same call this week. 5 years later with same #'s. Rep that took the position 5 years ago must be a retired millionaire now or out on the streets jobless.
