So true. I know of at least 2 more reps who want to come back and I just saw on the sales reports that another person did just come back. Great products, great teams, and the culture is returning. Glad many of the tenured reps in my area stayed the course through a reorg that had nothing to do with us hitting plan.

The reorg has nothing to do with us hitting plan? A lot of good people lost there jobs because we didn’t hit plan 2 years ago and last year our plan was no growth at all. If you feel good about that I don’t want you on my team. Buckle up junior the reorg has everything to do with us not hitting plan.
