I have been approached about a position. What is the culture like? How do the products stack up vs the competition? Trying to get back in to Device after a stint in B2B sales. Any info would be appreciated.
Current rep here. Division is lacking in innovation, product is not user-friendly and recently lay-offs of associates leave reps accounts to fend for themselves not to mention continued backorders. Our head of contract negotiations- (greg link) has failed to perform on many key accounts loosing major RFA 2 that I know of this year - all of which have created the perfect storm for the competition to walk in and to not hit plan 12/70 reps hit plan FY23.
