Any good information come neuro account managers who came into home office meeting with senior leadership around the "state of the neurology" sales force?
What exactly are you talking about neuro reps going uno the HO to discuss the state of neurology? How many went? Was psych represented? When did the meeting take place? How were they picked? I would be extremely careful about saying anything negative to anyone in the HO! I guarantee you would then be branded as a malcontent! They have known a long time what the problems are for the entire sales team, and have done nothing. Why have a meeting to discuss things they already know. I know they get some kind of weird pleasure have meetings at the drop of a hat, but all they have to do is come here on CP, spend an hour reading he posts, and they have all the info they want.

Heard that Matt M and Amy T listened and discussed and will report back to these AMs regarding issues -yes many issues that are discussed are here on CF. Well see what feedback they get.

I would love to see thing change, for the better,but how can they when there is no pipeline? Ye we would like more money, but if there is nothing to sell where do they get the money?
How about saving money by cutting out stupid meetings, ,ASM's with just a few reps, useless field trainers, stock options for upper management , just to list a few.

The people mentioned have no pull with HQ regarding the companies strategic direction. Even if they did, things are now on auto pilot into a new CEO is named. Plans to gut neuro sales force still on track.
Anything Matt and Lorena are selling the field force is a joke. They haven't been honest with us since they took these roles. Matt deciding to spend company dollars to fly reps into the HQ to have this covert meeting and discuss how to prevent people leaving is another lack of awareness on spending and proper use of company funds. They haven't shown in the past they have been able to make anything come that the field asked for. Overall Matt was put in place to be a yes man, not to challenge senior management. He's just collecting paychecks and looking busy at HQ having meetings and wasting money that we could use to drive business. Why not hold these meetings in our POA meeting in 2 weeks and save the money? That's the stupidity here. What exactly has he done to help this company succeed? What with Northera our savior in Neuro has he implemented or tried to correct? That will explain the next 20% attrition rate of employees which next year by the time you re-hire and train ready people in the field you have lost another 100k per employee, 6-12 months of drug life cycle. If senior leaders had a clue they would have a change in the bonus and pay structure to stop the bleeding. Our POA meeting better have proper time to discuss this bullshit here and what they will do vs nice to do.
