Can we get our merit increases before the end of the year? How long does it take to figure out you are only going to give a small increase? Get it together people.
I’m so fed up with this place - have never seen anything like it. We are 3 months after the close of the fiscal year and we have idea about bonus, annual increases or, I haven’t even had a year-end review ! Can you imagine this happening at any other company ? Gettin’ the check then gone. I earned it, but I’m out.
Everyone note that when you don’t get a merit increase you just had a pay cut. CPI rose 2.9% last year. So how do you like the cut? Make you want to bust your ass for these guys?
Please note, you cannot have merit increases when there is no merit to reward. Inflation is not linked to effort and results. Like it of leave it.
Please note writing like a 5 year old only stages your learning disability. COL increase is synonymous with merit in this industry. Or were you one of the mouth breathers they hired.
