my worst merit increase at this circus was 0.1% yes 0.1%
Manager gave it to me with his typical shitty 'attaboy attitude and gave some excuses that he fought for more BS
My numbers were at exceeded !
Bottom line is each manager gets "x" amount to sprinkle amongst their district and if you're in the favorites club you get the lions share
