Your days are numbered. As soon as we finish buying you guys any overlap when the sales forces are merged will result in Shire reps being severed. Happy Valentine's Day :)

Is this supposed to be an FU to the Shire reps for any particular reason? Have they done anything to you besides exist? Clearly you’re not on the inside to have any type of knowledge about what’s going to happen, so I’m guessing you’re just speculating and stirring the pot out of boredom.

Ever think about utilizing this board for something useful, instead of taking out your life frustrations anonymously? You’d probably be a happier person. And don’t say “I wasn’t being a dick I was just warning them.” You are being a dick, because if what you’re saying is true, a normal person would show some sympathy and not give a smug “happy Valentine’s Day” sarcastic line.

I don’t even work for Shire or Takeda, I just saw this and was very taken aback.

Nobody is scared. Our severence packages are better than yours so you better hope you’re right

You echoed what just about every Shire employee is thinking. Notice how quiet our board is about the layoffs? Go check out the Takeda board-they are massively freaking out. Most of us are just quietly biding our time secretly hoping for the severance

Lack of sympathy is a gene some people inherit. I liked the OP words. Made a lot of sense.

These guys all know that if they do anything wrong , they’re gone! CNS already knows they’re on the chopping block, opthamolgy is no longer growing, LSD has major favoritism issues, and nobody is motivated.

NBU Reps Counsel: Do you have an upper limit problem? This phrase created by Gay Hendricks, author of the book, The Big Leap, discusses how we each have a lifetime of stories, habits, and fears based in self-limiting belief that hold us back in subtle and not so subtle ways. We have a familiar internal success setting that feels comfortable. This self-regulated meter measures how we are doing towards our sales goals. When we are living into our highest potential there may come a point where we get uncomfortable, outside of the normal zone! This can trigger us to hold back from the fullest expression of our abilities, thereby causing us to self-sabotage. Go out of your comfort zone and work 8 hours in the field daily!!

    Self Righteous Attitude
One of the most effective ways for ineffective leaders to completely lose people.
